Several districts across Karnataka, Maharashtra and Rajasthan are leading the way in refurbishing unused assets into digital libraries to help students prepare for board exams and competitive entrances. Plan is to set up more such libraries to improve educational outcomes in these districts under the Aspirational District Programme and the Aspirational Block Programme while also initiating crowd funding for some of the best libraries, adoption of libraries and mentoring students to scale up the project and expand outreach.
