The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched a special six-month compliance window, the Employees’ Enrolment Scheme (EES)-2025, starting November 2025. This initiative allows employers to voluntarily enroll eligible employees left out of the EPF scheme between July 2017 and October 2025, regularizing past non-compliance with reduced penalties.
